In this case, our patient came to the Clinic with a condition known as ANUG (acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis). This problem is caused by periods of stress with lack of hygiene, vitamin deficiency and lowered defenses. The case was treated with antibiotic prophylaxis, specific hygiene measures and two dental hygiene sessions in the Clinic, obtaining very good results. The gums became less inflamed and the bleeding and bad breath disappeared.
